For over 18 years, Dr. PV Siddharth has been a noteworthy leader and also credited with contributions to the Real Estate Industry in India and Abroad. Beginning his career as a young visionary, he quickly advanced to greater responsibilities across multiple roles by attaining a strong foundation in Real Estate acumen. He expanded into practical Reality trade skills by working with leading corporate giants. He has led an impressive career by holding incompatible leadership whereabouts in top Real Estate Organizations. Through continuous hard work and dedication towards professionalism, he has secured invaluable competence in multiple roles and sectors within the industry.

Skilled in Coaching, Educational Consulting, Strategy Planning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Client Retention Management and Educational Technology. Passionate and strong operations professional with a Master’s in Business Administration from Manov Bharathi University and a Master’s in Education from Nagarjuna University and pursuing Ph.D (Doctorate in Education). With a purposeful career in the Operations Management space spanning over more than 9 years.

Mr Gouri Suresh is a Finance professional with a Master’s in Professional Accounts (MPA) from Australian University, having experience of more than 15 years of adept in driving continuous process & productivity improvement through digital interventions and creating transparent, impactful and collaborative organizations in highly regulated environments. Expertise across all functions of Financial Accounting and Reporting, Finance Operations, Treasury operations, Financial Planning and Analysis, etc.
A proven strategic planner can improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievement in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls and productivity improvements. Good experience in leading and managing a team of executives, under high pressure and deadline-driven assignments. Ability to create an environment of high trust, effective conflict management, high levels of commitment, accountability and results in orientation.
Keen interest in managing the business’s strategic decisions, relating their impact on overall business growth and ensuring end-to-end execution. Proficient in managing Process Transitions, Transformations and managing deliveries of ALL F&A processes.
